From Boris's "Mum"

Thought you might like to know a bit about Boris. He was brought to the office to live because his owner was allergic to him. He became office cat for a while and the girls looked after him. His favourite games were "toss the biro" and "hide in the stacking trays to catch any hand that reaches in".

I used to be allergic to cats too, but Boris came to introduce himself to me one day and it was love at first sight on both sides. I found I didn't have any allergic reaction to him at all. It became obvious that life in the office was not suitable for him. Outside of office hours he was shut in alone, including weekends. So we adopted him and he came to live at the Cooke house with us and our Rough Collie.
